Chef Alvaro Rios learned his craft in the Italian kitchens of New York City — and brought every bit of it to Littleton.
Roots in Oaxaca
Chef Alvaro Rios grew up in Oaxaca, Mexico, where cooking from the land isn't a trend, it's a way of life. That respect for ingredients and feeding people well never left him.
Trained in a New York Kitchen
At fifteen, Rios landed in New York City and found his footing at Vespa in Little Italy. Learning handmade pasta, fresh dough, and the uncompromising discipline of real Sicilian cooking.
Everything Made From Scratch
In 2021, Chef Rios became partner and head chef at Antonio's. Bread, dough, sauces, pasta, and housemade Italian sausage — made fresh in-house every single day.
A Neighborhood Gathering Place
Antonio's isn't a concept — it's where Littleton neighbors become regulars and regulars become family. Chef Al and host Mel know half the dining room by name.
Dalla Nostra Famiglia alla Tua
Recommended by Restaurant Guru in 2024, Antonio's remains exactly what it set out to be: a neighborhood table where every plate is made with care. Pull up a chair.
